Role Details:

The scheme involves rotations through:

1. Cost & Commercial
2. Civil Engineering
3. Development Management
4. Highways, Environment & Transition
5. Structural Engineering
6. Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

After rotations, you will select a group to continue your career in. The position is permanent.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, Environmental Science or Geography (including sustainability, transport planning, flood-risk management), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Outstanding academic record, especially for construction/project or development management degrees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
