Base pay range

Job Title: Civil Engineering Graduate Management Scheme

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £25k-£30k, with increases over the 2 year Graduate scheme and plenty of additional benefits

Brookbanks are specialist technical, environmental, highways, commercial and project management experts. Facilitators of major development and infrastructure projects, Brookbanks have helped to plan, design and deliver successful development schemes for over 25 years!

Their Graduate Scheme will give you exposure across the company in a range of disciplines, working collaboratively to plan, design and deliver the real-world developments Brookbanks works on nationwide! A fast-track leadership programme, the scheme offers an accelerated pathway to success at Director level.

Providing industry-leading development partner and project consultant services, Brookbanks' clients include the likes of Starbucks, Barratt Homes and the NHS to name a few!

• £25-30k basic salary, with increases over the 2 year Graduate Scheme

Role:

Brookbanks' rotational graduate scheme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to become a future director!

Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through each of the following groups:

• Cost & Commercial
• Civil Engineering
• Development Management
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

The Graduate Scheme is structured to suit you and allows you the freedom to explore the business and where your strengths lie.

This is a permanent position - at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!

Requirements:

• Must be educated to degree level in one of the following subjects:
• Civil Engineering
• Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
• Environmental Science or Geography related degree types - including material on Sustainability, Transport Planning, Flood-risk management etc
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Construction/Project or Development Management degrees will be considered when paired with an outstanding academic background overall
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
