Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in civil engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of below ground drainage systems for diverse projects.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high technical standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and drainage design standards including SUDS.
• Proficiently use MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, Civil 3D for detailed designs and reports.
• Contribute to technical proposals and project documentation.
• Stay updated with industry developments to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
