Cardiff-based client is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a forward-thinking team on permanent basis, delivering water sector designs and contributing to a multi-billion-pound pipeline for UK Water Authorities during AMP 8 and beyond.

Role requires Civil Engineering degree, progression towards ICE/CIWEM, and proficiency in 3D design tools such as MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential for multi-project delivery.

Our client is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join their energetic and forward-thinking team in Cardiff. This permanent position involves working on a variety of projects in the water sector, contributing to a multi-billion-pound pipeline of work required by the UK Water Authorities during AMP 8 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering Civil Engineering designs for water sector projects
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to meet project goals
• Ensuring compliance with Water Authority statutory approval processes
• Contributing to Sustainable Urban Drainage (SuDS) projects
• Managing multiple projects to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Participating in initiatives for professional and technical development

Job Requirements

• Experience in the Water Industry
• Civil Engineering degree
• Progression towards or willingness to achieve Professional Qualification with ICE or CIWEM
