Would you like to join a leading, independent Civil & Structural Engineering practice who can offer the security of a robust project pipeline? Vickerstock are delighted to continue our relationship with this highly successful practice to support in the recruitment of a Civil Engineer with experience in marine projects. Despite the ongoing uncertainty, this business has increased their headcount considerably over the last 12-months, buoyed by the confidence that comes from an ever-increasing schedule of works.

Your new role as a Civil Engineer (Marine);

You will be joining an established team that offer design services across harbour, coastal protection and river engineering projects. As a specialist in the marine team, you will be involved in the design of new harbour developments, capacity and assessments of existing marine structures, underwater inspections and a wide range of related marine infrastructure

What you will need to succeed as a Civil Engineer (Marine);

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (2:1 or above, MEng preferred);
  • A minimum of 7-years industry experience working on marine projects (or similar heavy civil / concrete design projects);
  • Hold Chartered status with a relevant professional body;
