About the Partnered Firm

We are partnering with a well-established civil engineering and land development firm serving clients across New Hampshire and New England. Their projects include residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial developments, with a focus on sustainable and cost-effective solutions. The firm has experienced consistent growth over the past ten years and offers a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Perform engineering calculations for drainage, utilities, and site grading.
  • Assist in preparing permit applications and supporting documentation for local and state agencies.
  • Conduct site visits and support construction observation as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, architects, and environmental consultants.
  • Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations affecting land development in New Hampshire.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • EIT certification required; actively pursuing PE license is preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in site/civil design with a solid knowledge of Civil 3D.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
