Role Details (Site-based):

Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Engineers to assist with daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program aims to enhance your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended learning approach. You will work under the supervision of Section/Project Managers and collaborate with the site team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage or assist in managing a project or a project package from start to finish.
• Contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate team activities to ensure project completion on budget and schedule.
• Work with procurement to ensure financial compliance.
• Assist in maintaining health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support Project Managers in team management, resource planning, performance, and motivation.
• Promote Ferrovial Construction UK’s vision and values, taking ownership of assigned work.
• Follow safe working practices and ensure team compliance.

Skills and Competence:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at various levels.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Degree or master’s in engineering (all disciplines considered).
• Motivated to learn and contribute.
• Analytical, team-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Proactive and commercially aware.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
