Our client, a leading investor in infrastructure and energy projects, is expanding its European operations. The investment portfolio includes civil infrastructure (roads, rail), social infrastructure (schools, hospitals), residential, and energy investments. We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a design or project management background to join the investment team.
This demanding role involves leading the procurement and commercial review of ongoing projects from a technical perspective. Key responsibilities include:
The role will initially support an existing Investment Manager with an engineering background, with the expectation that the successful candidate will soon progress to independently monitor key project stages.
Candidates should be degree-qualified, preferably in engineering or a related construction field, with experience in large building or civil engineering projects. Exposure to Design and Build, JVs, or partnership projects is advantageous.
