Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team and help deliver a wide portfolio of projects across the UK. You will lead preliminary and detailed design on roads, drainage, levels, and external works in both public and private realms, with opportunities for progression and technical development.

The role requires proficiency with Flow or InfoDrainage, a solid grasp of multidisciplinary project delivery, and experience liaising

Qualifications

• Proficient using Flow or InfoDrainage for drainage design and modelling.
• Understand multi-disciplinary project delivery and collaborate across disciplines.
• Experience liaising with planning authorities, statutory undertakers and the Environment Agency.
• Experience with Flood Risk Assessments, Sustainable Urban Drainage and hydraulic modelling.

Are you an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking for progression or your next exciting opportunity?

My client has a continuous growing workload and would be keen to welcome an experienced Civil Engineer to their Bristol team and, in return, will invest in you and your development.

This long established and well-respected firm of Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers carries out work throughout the United Kingdom from its network of offices. The practice has built a solid reputation for sound engineering judgement allied to providing value for money solutions to complex engineering problems on a variety of projects.

The team delivers a wide variety of consultancy services to a large client base, both local and national. The Transport & Infrastructure business are responsible for providing several engineering services across multiple sectors, at all stages of our client's project, from inception through to commissioning.

You will work on challenging and multiple projects simultaneously, undertaking preliminary and detailed design of roads, levels, drainage, and external works in both the public (adoptable) and private realm.

Requirements:

• Proficient using Flow or InfoDrainage
• You will understand the multi-disciplinary nature of projects from planning stage, through to completion and a willingness to understand more about other discipline roles on projects
• Experience liaising with both internal and external bodies, including planning authorities, statutory undertakers, and national bodies such as the Environment Agency
• Flood Risk Assessments, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, Foul and Storm Water Drainage and Hydraulic Modelling
