As Civil Engineer you will provide technical guidance and solutions on a range of potable water infrastructure capital projects, being involved at early conception of the scheme to final completion. Reporting to a Senior Civil Engineer, the Civil Engineer will be responsible for their own technical deliverables.
These deliverables will be associated with the wider Capital delivery programme for the infrastructure and non-infrastructure capital investment.
The role will include ensuring quality and CDM2015 compliance of technical delivery whilst utilising the company's engineering specification and quality assurances processes. The role will require reviewing and implementing appropriate procedures and principles.
Although this role offers hybrid working, you will be expected to travel to any location or site within South East Water’s supply areas, as required, as part of the project(s) you are working on e.g. pre-construction and construction phase elements such as scoping or Contractor progress/design review meetings, defect reviews etc.
