You will like the Senior Civil Engineer job itself, where you will be immersed in a vibrant, dynamic team responsible for the design and management of various civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Working within a Civil Engineering design team on diverse projects, from drainage systems to highway designs.
2. Engaging regularly with local authorities, developers, and architects, offering you a chance to form meaningful industry relationships.
3. Managing your own team while mentoring junior staff, ensuring the next generation of engineers is fully supported.

You will have to be successful as a Senior Civil Engineer if you have:

• A degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5+ years’ consultancy experience with a proven background in collaboration with local authorities and developers.
• Experience managing civil engineering aspects of residential, commercial, and retirement/care schemes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Site 3D or equivalent 3D software.
• An Incorporated Engineer (IEng) qualification (or working towards) with the Institution of Civil Engineers, alongside project management experience in drainage, external works, and highway elements.
