Infrastructure Engineer - Leeds

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Our client, a technical specialist in Civil and Structural Engineering within the built environment, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Civil Engineering team in Leeds. This role is ideal for a candidate with proven project coordination skills and technical competence in drainage system design according to current standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
2. Ability to manage projects from conception to completion within a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
3. Strong technical skills and good communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, WinDes MicroDrainage, and drainage design, including flood risk assessments, drainage strategies, and Section 104 Agreements.
5. Desirable: Experience with AutoCAD Civils 3D, earthworks, highway design, Section 38, and Section 278 Agreements.
6. Must hold a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparing plans and drawings throughout all development stages, from concept to construction.
2. Producing design drawings for technical approvals and construction.
3. Conducting infrastructure design using AutoCAD and/or Civils 3D software.
4. Liaising with clients, professionals, and disciplines involved in projects.
