Job summary

Arup is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead projects across the full lifecycle—from conceptual advisory work to detailed design and construction supervision. You will drive high-quality technical designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects with a focus on meeting client objectives.

The role requires Chartered Engineer status or equivalent, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to guide junior engineers and stakeholders while delivering

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (ICE or equivalent), or demonstrable experience at this level.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex and varied workloads across multiple projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the UK and/or internationally.

Responsibilities
