Qualifications

• 4-5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie civile.
• Expérience en gestion/mentorat de diplômés souhaitée.
• Doit avoir de bonnes compétences en communication et de la rigueur.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des projets d'ingénierie et soutenir les membres de l'équipe.
• Gérer la liaison avec les clients et préparer des propositions de frais.
• Travailler sur des projets de drainage et d'autoroutes.

Exciting role with a multi-discipline, multi-office consultancy based out of their head office. You’ll be joining a growing company with a great local reputation.

We are looking for an engineer with circa 4-5 years’ experience to come in at senior level to lead on their own projects as well as support other members of the team by assisting and checking engineer’s work.

They will also be involved with the financial side of the business, liaising with clients and providing fee proposals as well as invoicing. The majority of workload will be drainage (SuDS/SAB and foul) and highways work (S278/38 agreements) based on a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects of varying size.

They will need to have good experience in.

• Drainage design / SAB(SuDS)
• Highway design
• AutoCAD
• Microdrainage
• Causeway Flow
• Site3D / Civils3D
• Report writing
• Liaising with clients and local authorities
• Ideally some experience in managing/mentoring graduates etc.
