Key Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience in UK Design Consultancy: A strong background in the residential sector, with a track record of delivering high-quality, innovative projects.
2. Proficiency in Section Agreements: In-depth knowledge of managing Section 278, 38, 185, and 104 agreements, ensuring compliance and effective project delivery.
3. Technical Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, and other relevant tools.
4. Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to lead and mentor a Civils team, collaborating with senior management to foster growth and development.
5. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong organizational and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence, inspire, and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
