  • To be part of a smaller team of less than 50 people, delivering in several countries, out of two offices.

  • To be part of the growth and development of a newer office (less than 5 years old) and all the opportunities that brings, working with talented and motivated leaders.
  • To work out of high-quality office space in Bath, with good desk level views out over the city to the surrounding hills, roof terrace, high spec kitchen dining break out area (freshly ground coffee beans, chilled water and beer fridge included). Walk from within the city, Bath Spa train station or cycle/run/jog/walk from the surrounding area and enjoy the plush showers, secure lockers and cycle storage.
  • Encouraged and supported to become a Chartered Civil Engineer.

  • A good civil designer and a developing project engineer, who can be entrusted to take ownership of project delivery including collaborating with internal and external project team members and clients (with as much or little support as you need). A minimum of 3 years UK market experience is essential.

  • Carrying out site visits and surveys, with support as required (full driving licence required).
  • Attending design team and client meetings both in person and remotely.
