Your attention to detail will be vital in crafting precise construction documents, while your strong communication skills will ensure seamless coordination with all project stakeholders. This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Responsibilities
  • Contact city staff and agencies for project coordination and data collection
  • Support basic design and calculations to support land development, site grading, drainage analysis, water and sanitary sewer utilities and paving improvements
  • Assist in the development of construction plans, specifications, and Opinions of Probable Costs
  • Collaborate with team members on design specifications and timelines.
  • Perform field observation work when necessary, under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • EIT obtained
  • At least 2 years of experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience in Civil 3D preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent client and team communication
