Job summary

ICE Recruit in Leicester is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our Transport & Infrastructure team. You will undertake design work for infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and earthworks, and coordinate with clients, contractors and Local Authorities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience, is proficient with Civils 3D, AutoCAD and drainage modelling tools, and can manage multiple projects from inception through to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in infrastructure design.
• Experience in highways, drainage, and earthworks.
• Proficient in Civils 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage modelling software.
• Able to represent the team in client and authority meetings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preliminary and detailed design of roads, levels, drainage, and external works.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and Local Authorities.
• Represent at client, contractor, and local authority meetings.
• Deliver designs for adoptable and private realm.
