Alexander Associates Limited is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join a collaborative team. You will produce designs from concept through construction, covering drainage, external works, levels, earthworks and highways, and coordinate with engineers, architects and contractors across varied projects.

Maintain high standards for calculations, reports and documentation, while supporting Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in civil design within consultancy.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage.
• Strong understanding of UK standards and regulations.
• Good problemsolving and communication skills.
• Experience across residential, commercial, industrial or datacentre projects.

Responsabilités

• Produce civil engineering designs from concept to construction.
• Design drainage, external works, levels, earthworks and highways.
• Prepare calculations, reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects and contractors.
• Support Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical input.
• Support site inspections and respond to technical queries.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design improvements.
