About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join their in-house engineering design consultancy. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of a small portfolio of projects or sections of larger projects, reporting to a Senior Project Engineer. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and showcase your expertise in civil engineering design across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical:
2. Apply sound engineering principles to design and problem-solving.
3. Prepare outline & detailed designs in accordance with relevant standards.
4. Produce clear and structured design calculations, reports, and drawings.
5. Utilise BIM-led design tools such as STAAD Pro, FEM Analysis, and Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
6. People Management:
7. Mentor and train Engineers, Graduate Engineers, and Technicians.
8. Coordinate team activities for timely project delivery.
