Job summary

ERSG Ltd seeks a technically competent Civil Design Coordinator to support Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The role requires strong civil, structural and geotechnical engineering knowledge and focuses on coordinating site design interfaces and liaising with design consultants, contractors and site teams.

This is a technical coordination role and does not involve carrying out design work. You will manage technical queries, track RFIs, and ensure current, approved design

Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil, structural and geotechnical design interfaces for BESS project sites.
• Manage and track technical queries, RFIs and requests for design clarification with timely responses from design consultants.
• Coordinate site design information relating to foundations, ground conditions, earthworks, drainage, access roads and equipment bases.
• Liaise with site teams and contractors to resolve construction-related technical issues.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and reports to identify discrepancies and clashes.
• Monitor design deliverables, outstanding actions and dependencies affecting site progress.
• Ensure site teams have access to current, approved design documentation.
• Maintain technical query registers and coordinate resolution of design-related issues.
