Job Summary: A Civil Crew Laborer assists in building each project according to the client's scope of work and construction drawings, under the supervision of the Civil Crew Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Excavate, form, and pour tower foundation spread footings.
• Load and unload tools and equipment.
• Follow scope of work and construction drawings to complete projects.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and supplies on your trailer are available and operational.
• Participate in daily tailgate safety meetings, address safety issues, and report concerns.
• Photograph final work and provide documentation to the Project Manager as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and trash-free work site.
• Tie rebar mats and cages.
• Read laser levels and grade sticks.
• Perform trenching and install PVC conduit and ground rings.
• Hand dig around utilities and shovel/rake dirt and gravel.
