The Role

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will be responsible for :

  • Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil construction projects.
  • Assisting with the preparation of tenders and bids for new projects.
  • Managing contract documentation, variations & progress claims.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Providing support to the Project Managers and site teams as required.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating and contract administration processes.

The Criteria

  • Experience as a Contract Administrator or Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in civil construction.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating principles, processes and software.
  • Contract administration skills, including experience in preparing and managing construction contracts.
  • Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation and project budgeting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and other construction documents.
