Civil and Structural Maritime Engineer
Permanent position based in London with hybrid working options.
Our client, a civil and structural practice with multiple offices across the UK and a strong focus on the maritime sector, is seeking a Civil and Structural Maritime Engineer due to recent project wins.
The firm works on projects throughout the UK and internationally. They are looking for a Maritime Engineer with experience in designing maritime structures such as ports, harbours, jetties, and quay walls.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of civil and structural design, be degree qualified, and have at least 5 years of experience in maritime engineering. Candidates with solid heavy civil design experience (e.g., bridges, tunnels, temporary works, underground structures) without direct maritime experience will also be considered.
The role involves designing maritime infrastructure both offshore and onshore.
The company encourages candidates to demonstrate progress toward Chartership, if not already achieved.
Salary ranges from approximately £45,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
