Job description

An exciting opportunity is offered to join the Building Management and Hospitality team in the Civic Centre.



We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive person with a passion for customer service.



The Civic Centre is at the core of all Council Services and the successful candidates will be providing reception and general administration duties in our award-winning Arches Reception.

Duties include greeting a diverse range of visitors to the Civic Centre, supporting and coordinating room bookings for meetings and events, assisting building related issues, and providing general admin support.



You should:

Have excellent Interpersonal skills and customer focus.

Be responsive to management requests and instructions.

Be self-motivated and the ability to work under own initiative.

Have excellent IT skills and a good telephone manner.

Have the ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional and calm manner.
