We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator to join our busy CMHT Older Adults Team. You will be part of a team of administrators providing admin cover to our service users, clinicians, and other health professionals.
This post is for a citywide administrator, and you will be expected to work at various sites across Manchester, including MRI, Wythenshawe, Chorlton, and Crumpsall Vale.
Please note: This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.
The successful post holder will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely manner, ensuring all personal information is recorded accurately and confidentially, and other data quality/target procedures.
Answer incoming calls to the service, arrange appointments, and complete general correspondence letters/reports.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to the clinical team, be responsible for taking minutes on a rota basis for team meetings/MDT/safeguarding and professionals meetings, answer a high volume of calls daily, and complete other administrative tasks such as scanning/copying.
