As a Senior City Spa Therapist, some duties and responsibilities include:

1. Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to ensure you provide the best client care and customer service, creating an unforgettable treatment experience for our guests.
2. Being responsible for your work areas, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and reporting any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
3. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices and attending relevant training courses for your therapist grade, enabling you to offer all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
4. Staying updated with developments related to product ranges and new treatments to provide professional advice through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote available treatments.
5. Maximising revenue opportunities in line with your targets and seeking support or training when needed.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years’ experience as a therapist is required; experience with intimate waxing and Elemis products is preferred but not mandatory.

Weekend work is on a rota basis.
