Job summary

Zoomo is seeking a City Operations Manager to lead our Manchester and Edinburgh hubs. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while building a high-performing team.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to operations and service delivery. You will manage fleet operations, inventory, scheduling, and partnerships with delivery platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful area management experience in retail, vehicle leasing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills with P&L oversight.
• Basic understanding of electric vehicle technology and mechanics; comfort with fleet software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets for the region.
• Oversee all operations, including retail sales, fleet management, inventory, logistics and customer service.
• Own the regional P&L, manage budgets, control costs and maximise profitability.
