Devon and Cornwall Police is seeking a Trainer Supervisor to supervise Trainers and deliver essential training for Special Constables and Volunteers. The post holder will supervise a team of Trainers delivering training, learning, and development solutions to new and existing Special Constables and Volunteers, supporting the organisation’s strategic aims, objectives, and performance targets. The role also involves delivering training.
This position requires flexible working, including regular evenings and weekends (once or twice a month). It is a hybrid role, with face-to-face training at weekends and remote work otherwise.
