Salary: £38,754 rising to £42,897 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension

Location: Hybrid Working/Exeter, England

Closing Date: 20/06/2025, Midday

Hours per week: This role is 37 hours per week. Applications from individuals wishing to work part-time or flexible patterns are welcome, subject to business needs.

About the role:

The post holder will supervise a team of Trainers delivering training, learning, and development solutions to new and existing Special Constables and Volunteers, supporting the organisation’s strategic aims, objectives, and performance targets. The role also involves delivering training.

This position requires flexible working, including regular evenings and weekends (once or twice a month). It is a hybrid role, with face-to-face training at weekends and remote work otherwise.
