You will join a dynamic Cisco Logistics team, working alongside the department manager. The manager will mentor you, and you will document your learning. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway to management through succession planning.

• Perform proactive tests, fixes, and repairs on Cisco & Meraki equipment, including routers, switches, and access points. Handle returns, testing, replacements, and external repairs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, and support.
• Use technical expertise to support support calls and bid management.
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch.
• Meet deadlines and maintain quality under pressure.
• Handle stock management, warranty, and RMA processes for projects.
• Lead, optimize, and motivate the team you manage.
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and recommendations.
• Maintain high standards across all activities.
