• Use technical knowledge to support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
• Handle stock management, warranty, and RMA processes in projects
• Lead, optimize, and manage the team effectively
• Document processes and generate reports with insightful recommendations
• Maintain high quality standards across all tasks
