What You'll Be Doing
Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records
What You Bring
DV Clearance– Essential
Cisco CCNA or CCNP– Strongly preferred
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Networking
• Security
• Unified Collaboration
• Data Centre (DC)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problems
Confidence in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
