Role Overview
You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, as the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
- Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
- Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
- Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop and back of house.
- Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
- Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches.
- Follow all FatFace policies and procedures.
- Adhere to GDPR procedures at all times.

Experience
- Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
