Job summary

The People Pod is seeking a Materials Innovation Manager in the United Kingdom to turn recovered materials into new products and revenue streams. You will shape market opportunities, collaborate with European sister companies and report to the Country Manager.

You'll identify applications, engage manufacturers, monitor trends and help drive sustainable manufacturing growth across UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• We're seeking commercially curious professionals with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing or sustainability is valued.
• Knowledge of product development or materials markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research new UK and international markets.
• Identify new commercial opportunities for recycled materials.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, processors and product developers.
• Explore innovative applications for recovered materials.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies.
• Support the development of new products and revenue streams.
• Work on strategic innovation projects with the Commercial Director.
