Join our friendly Resourcing Team as an Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator, helping bring great people into our Trust while gaining a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration or Recruitment. Your role will include:

  1. Advertising jobs on NHS Jobs/TRAC
  2. Supporting candidates through applications and interviews
  3. Learning employment checks to NHS standards
  4. Keeping managers updated on vacancies
  5. Assisting at recruitment events
  6. Helping ensure smooth onboarding for new starters

As an Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator, you will:

  • Learn how to respond to queries from applicants and managers, providing information and advice in a helpful and professional way.
  • Support with sending offer letters and paperwork to successful candidates and help to complete pre-employment checks in line with Trust policies and NHS Employment Check Standards.
  • Develop skills in using recruitment systems such as NHS Jobs, TRAC, and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
  • Assist with organising and taking part in recruitment events, such as open days and assessment centres.
  • Learn how to ensure all employment is compliant with legislation and Trust processes.
  • Gain an understanding of HR policies and how they apply in recruitment.
