Salary: National Circa £70000 and London Circa £80000

A bit about the job:

You’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering Aviva’s ACS CIO transformation agenda.

That means leading the strategic planning and prioritisation of a £90m change portfolio – making sure it aligns with our technology and business goals.

You’ll head up a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, embed strong governance, and keep improving how we deliver transformation across the business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading complex, high-value transformation programmes in a senior role
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to manage across multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of portfolio management, financial acumen, and change governance
  • Experience in a regulated environment and familiarity with operational risk in IT and Change.
