Job Title: CIO IT Ops - IT Cost Optimisation Manager, Reference: UK001923, Location: London, Business Line: Operations
Job Description:
At RSA, we believe insurance is about people, not things. We provide our inspiring colleagues with support and opportunities to grow, shape the future, and succeed as a team. We are undergoing a transformation, aiming to improve our services and deliver better products to brokers and customers. As part of the Intact family, we have a presence in North America, the UK, and Europe.

We are recruiting an IT Cost Optimisation Manager to join our Chief Information Office team in a hybrid working model.
As the Cost Optimisation Manager, you will support the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Senior Business Manager by managing the CIO TCO budget, financial planning, expenditure tracking, and spend optimisation.
You will monitor and report on IT expenditures, provide analyses and insights, collaborate on financial forecasts for projects, and oversee the approval process for additional costs related to change initiatives.
You will also handle budget modelling and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for projects and work with procurement, finance, and other stakeholders on costs for tenders and ongoing expenses.
Successful candidates will have experience in a financially focused, data-driven role managing large budgets, preferably within Financial Services. You should be commercially savvy, accountable for large budgets, and skilled in stakeholder management and influencing across organizational levels.
