AsCinema Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, leading a team of cinema staff, and maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the cinema, ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.

Lead and motivate the cinema team, providing training and support where needed.

Manage box office, concessions, and auditorium operations efficiently and effectively.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met throughout the venue.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and positive manner.

Assist in scheduling, stock management, and cash handling.

Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth running of events and screenings.

The Person:

The ideal candidate should have:

Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a cinema, hospitality, or customer service environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
