The Role

As Cinema Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, leading a team of cinema staff, and maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the cinema, ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.
  • Lead and motivate the cinema team, providing training and support where needed.
  • Manage box office, concessions, and auditorium operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met throughout the venue.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and positive manner.
  • Assist in scheduling, stock management, and cash handling.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth running of events and screenings.

The Person

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a cinema, hospitality, or customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
