Job description

Working closely with the marketing team to deliver multi-channel strategy as well as taking ownership for brand positioning and work cross-functionally to ensure the marketing efforts directly contribute to commercial success.

  • Devise and deliver the cinema marketing plan.
  • Oversee onscreen advertising (via DCM) and trade marketing activity for all film content.
  • Working within the marketing team to build the profile and presence for The Light’s film programme, developing strong and engaging multi-channel campaigns, delighting our guests and connecting with the right audiences.
  • Monitor website content to maximise our film programme, enhance user journey and drive conversion.
  • Work with film distributors to ensure all sites have required marketing materials.
  • Advise and devise trailering plan for sites with Film Director.
  • Oversee on-sites film point of sale and maintain tracker to ensure sites have sufficient visibility.
  • Leads on membership campaigns and growth.
  • Manages overall gifting programme to ensure sites exceed revenue targets.
  • Coordinates merchandise programme, working with Ops and key licensors on merch calendar.
  • Collaborate with Events & CSR Manager to ensure delivery of in-venue activations.
  • Supports Head of Department on Sponsorship and Partnerships, ensuring effective campaign delivery.
  • Attend and network at film events and screenings on behalf of the company.
  • Update KPI reports regularly and share trends with the wider team.
