Job summary

ODEON Cinemas Group is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead and energize a team of Cinema Hosts across shifts. You’ll oversee guest experience from entry to departure, including retail, ticketing and ushering, while maintaining high standards of safety and service during peak showings.

You’ll coach colleagues, drive guest-centric improvements, and ensure smooth operations with clear shift briefings. The role requires flexible hours, evening/weekend availability and a customer‑first

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
• Running shift briefings and making on shift‑operational decisions
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction
