Job summary

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited seeks a Principal CIL/Section 106 Officer for a London borough. You will advise colleagues and applicants on S106 and CIL obligations and provide infrastructure guidance on planning applications and pre-application enquiries.

You will review S106 and CIL relief/exemptions, defend the Council's decisions on appeals, and lead the administration of S106/CIL processes, including the database of heads of terms, charges, allocations and spend.

Qualifications

• A relevant town planning-related degree.
• Experience in S106/CIL duties and related planning processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
