Job summary

Richmond and Wandsworth Councils is seeking a professional to manage planning casework from householder applications to high-profile developments across both Boroughs. You will advise colleagues and Senior Managers and liaise with developers and residents on S106 matters.

You will monitor compliance with CIL/S106 and supervise the team's daily tasks to deliver an excellent service, meeting reporting requirements and tight timescales.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Community Infrastructure Levy and S106 guidance.
• Experience administering CIL or S106 agreements or Development Management support.
• Strong numeracy and information management skills under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of planning casework from householder apps to major developments.
• Provide professional advice to colleagues and Senior Managers.
• Liaise with developers and residents on S106 matters.
