Join our CIB Tech Controls Execution team as a Senior VP, driving strategic decision-making and enhancing control processes in technology controls execution.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and organized individual to join our CIB Tech Controls Execution team as a Senior VP. In this role, you will be responsible for aiding the CIB Tech Controls Execution Global lead and deputizing where required for all Controls Execution areas. You will work closely with Control Owners and other stakeholders to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance our control processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for technology controls execution within CIB.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks to ensure compliance with Control Procedures, Objectives, and Processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage technology control projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on technology control initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of technology controls, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to technology controls.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the technology controls team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all technology controls are compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
