Job Description
Position Overview:
We are excited to invite you to join our dynamic team as the CIB Chief Data and Analytics Control Manager. In this role, you will serve as a Control Manager Executive Director, responsible for leading and building out an enhanced control framework that supports a continuous and integrated approach to risk assessment. You will oversee governance, controls, and tooling strategies for our data, analytics, and AI initiatives, ensuring that our systems are developed, deployed, and maintained in a manner that is ethical, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
You will collaborate closely with our Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) to ensure alignment with our data and analytics strategies. Additionally, you will ensure the team assists in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation based on the aforementioned control framework and principles. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional like you to make a significant impact in this position.
