Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Specialist CIAM Consultant to partner with clients in London to design and implement secure CIAM solutions, translating business needs into scalable designs for millions of users.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects and business stakeholders, delivering digital identity solutions while advising on best practices, regulatory requirements and emerging identity trends.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts including authentication, authorisation, federation and decentralised identity.
• Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Transmit, Azure AD B2C or similar.
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Understanding of GDPR and UK Data Protection Act and their impact on customer identity solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to assess challenges and propose solutions.
• Well-organised with the ability to manage and support delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Contribute to complex IAM programmes across global teams and industries.
• Support internal initiatives shaping CIAM offerings and go-to-market strategies.
