Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts (authentication, authorisation, federation).
- Hands-on CIAM platforms experience (Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Azure AD B2C or similar).
- Proven client-facing delivery experience in consulting.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into business-friendly language.
- Working knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, UK Data Protection Act).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple workstreams.
