Job summary

Career Connect is seeking a confident CIAG Adviser to work with offenders in custody, helping them prepare for release and future employment. The role focuses on engaging individuals in learning, training and job opportunities, with an emphasis on progression toward individual targets.

You will work in a prison-adjacent environment, using databases, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The contract offers a 37.5-hour week and flexitime to accommodate extra hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with offenders or other vulnerable groups.
• Level 4+ in IAG.
• 37.5h working week with flexitime.

Responsibilities

• Engage offenders in custody to prepare for work on release.
• Help them access learning, training and employment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and use databases effectively.
• Support progression and targets within a high-performing team.
