Job description

As a CI Value Creation Lead, you will be responsible for owning the Value Tracking and business cases for CI. You will engage with the Central VCO, set principles for business casing across squads, and manage comprehensive business cases for CI as a function.

The CI Value Creation Lead will collaborate with finance, report to SLT, and work with Insight Leads on OKRs. You will also provide SME support for Value Hunters and Data Analysts in managing value-tracking and identifying opportunities.

The must-haves
  • At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, focusing on customer contact and service operations.
  • Experience related to Business Intelligence, Insights, or Operational/Customer Reporting.
  • Background in commercial functions with proven experience in business-casing and value-tracking.
  • Exposure to customer experience improvement initiatives and applying emerging technologies to enhance operations.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex problems to leadership roles.
The other qualities we seek

You will carry out key responsibilities including:

  • Establishing VCO principles within CI, including ownership of tracking documents and ensuring value requirements are met at each stage gate, following control and baseline principles.
  • Owning central business cases for the CI function and supporting Insights analysts in creating business cases at initiative/squad level.
  • Building dashboards in TableauQA for value reporting created by Insights Analysts.
  • Collaborating with Value Hunters and Insights leads to present initiative stories to SLT, partners, and the broader business.
  • Working closely with the CI Lead and CI Insights Lead to create and track OKRs, monitoring overall CI performance.
