Location: Site Based Role, 1 Day From Home - Commutable From Aylesford, Ashford, Maidstone, Orpington, Dartford, Sheerness Or Anywhere Nearby
Are you a CI Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing / Industrial background, that is looking for the next step in your career? This role offers a clear scope of progression up to Head of CI and Senior Management roles, alongside having a 16% pension and unlimited overtime to significantly increase your earnings.

The Role:
- Provide coaching and direction to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize Lean Tools where required (Daily Mgmt, Problem Solving, VSM, Standard Work, 5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban, PFEP, SIOP) to identify waste and embed sustained improvement.
- Lead and mentor the existing workforce to embed a continuous improvement ethos.
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, early Friday finish
- Hybrid working
The Candidate:
- CI or similar experience
- Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial businesses
- Based within commutable distance of Doncaster
